Cancellation Policy

Room Reservations

If you find it necessary to cancel or change your dates, please notify us at least 14 days prior to arrival and your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 14 days advance notice, you will be responsible for the entire lenght of your stay unless we are able to fill your reservation.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations prior to 45 days of your stay result in a charge of 20% of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 45 days of your stay result in a charge of 50% of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 21 days of your stay are non-refundable.
